Responsibilities:
- Taking event orders and drawing up appropriate contracts.
- Handle phone calls and faxes, responding to customers' questions.
- Work with clients to ensure all requests are met.
- Process invoices and collect payments.
- Set up and break down events.
- Assist kitchen staff as necessary.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required.
- Previous catering experience preferred.
- Knowledge of basic food handling and cooking procedures.
