Description
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls from customers and drivers.
- Coordinate the movement of all fleet vehicles.
- Contact drivers to inform them of pickups and/or other information.
- Evaluate traffic flow and provide drivers with the information.
- Maintain a watch on the weather.
- Keep logs of drivers' activities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required.
- Prior dispatch experience preferred.

- Experience handling multiple phone lines preferred.
