I am writing to you in hopes that you can address a problem with my purchase. I ordered one ticket and was charged double. I would appreciate your help in the matter.
On June 10, 2013, I purchased a concert ticket from your website in order to go see the Flaming Purple Geese at Anytown Hall on August 5, 2013. The total cost of the ticket was $89, including a convenience fee and a ticketing fee. I received my confirmation email and I have attached the receipt. It clearly states that I purchased one ticket for the advertised price.
However, upon checking my bank statements, I noticed that you had charged me twice for the single ticket. Also attached is a screen grab of my financial statement. Please reverse the error in your system and return my funds as soon as possible.
