Landlord Smoking Warning

Dear {Recipient},

I have received multiple complaints that you and/or a guest in your dwelling at {property} have been smoking on or around the premises. You are required to cease all such activities or you will be evicted for cause, as is in line with {State} housing code.

As you will note in the contract you signed on {date} (attached), smoking is strictly prohibited inside private units or public hallways, on the balcony or roof, or within {number of feet} of the property itself. Blowing smoke out the window or into the vents is not permitted.

Please note that smoking of any kind is prohibited, including tobacco, hashish, marijuana, and vaping.
