Responsibilities:
- Writing legal document summaries.
- Performing research.
- Checking documents and forms for accuracy.
- Preparing reports and correspondence.
- Working directly with lawyers on cases/contracts.
- Assisting lawyers and legal staff in any and all capacities.
Qualifications:
- Paralegal certification required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Knowledge of research methods in a legal environment.
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of electronic filing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to take initiative when necessary.
