I am writing to express my frustration at the functionality of your store's virtual shopping cart system.

I understand that it is a challenge to keep certain items in stock during a pandemic, due to supply chain and other issues. However, I don't understand why your store's system continues to show products as available and allow me to put them in my virtual cart if they aren't truly there.

Please know that I am not without empathy for your store staff and delivery workers during this time, but the virtual cart issue is a technology failure that may ultimately force me to choose other retailers at this time.
