Dear ___________,
Please quit leaving notes on my car. I know I am "just a renter" whereas you are a homeowner, but I have a legal right to park on the public street, even if the curb happens to be in front of your house. Please take a look at the appropriate section of the City Code.
My rental has no off-street parking. If there is space in front of my place, or down the block, I will park there. But if the only space available is in front of your house, I will park in front of your house.
Your issue is with the state or local government, not with me.
