Video Production Contract

VIDEO PRODUCTION CONTRACT

This document, set forth this {date} day of {month}, {year}, is between {Name}, hereinafter known as "Producer" and {Name}, hereinafter known as "Client," for the purposes of creating {name of project}.

Producer agrees to create {name of project} for Client, and further agrees to the following provisions:

• {Name of project} will include {recording, setup, creation of sets, etc. Include here anything that Producer will be doing to create this project for Client}.

• {Name of project} will take {length of time} to complete, including any post-production. Any added requests from Client may result in added time for project completion, which shall not be considered the fault of Producer.

• Production schedule will be as follows: {description of the schedule for production, including how many days production will last, what hours per day Producer will work, etc.}

• Client agrees to pay Producer for {name of project} in the following manner:

• {description of payment method, including a stipulation regarding extra payment if Client requires additional services}

• Producer agrees that Client owns all material created for {name of project}, including any copyrights, distribution rights, etc. However, Client agrees that Producer may use the recorded footage as evidence of {his/her/its} work for promotional and/or advertising purposes.
